Pool Barrier Inspections

In Victoria there is no requirement to have your pool or spa barrier checked for compliance, as a home owner or building manager you are however required under Building Regulation 1220 to maintain your Pool or Spa barrier. The penalty is 50 units for non compliance if prosecuted. Unfortunately kids annual are still tragically drowning because of either no barrier or a non complying barrier.Have a registered Building Inspector perform an inspection for peace of mind and provide you with a certificate of inspection.
